Translations
(Etheridge) But this no man knew of those who reclined of what he spake to him.
(Murdock) And no one of those reclining, knew, wherefore he said this to him.
(Lamsa) But no man of those who were sitting at the table understood what he said to him.
(KJV) Now no man at the table knew for what intent he spake this unto him.
