Translations

(Etheridge) they besought of us, with much supplication, that they might participate in the beneficence of the ministry for the saints.

(Murdock) they besought us, with much entreaty, that they might participate in the beneficence of the ministration to the saints.

(Lamsa) And besought us most earnestly that they might be partakers in the gift for the ministration to the saints.

(KJV) Praying us with much intreaty that we would receive the gift, and take upon us the fellowship of the ministering to the saints.
