Translations

(Etheridge) And when they had read, they rejoiced and were comforted.

(Murdock) And when they had read [it], they rejoiced and were comforted.

(Lamsa) And when they had read it, the people rejoiced and were comforted.

(KJV) Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.
