Translations

(Etheridge) Pilatos saith to them, Why, what evil hath he done ? But they clamoured the more, and said, Let him be crucified !

(Murdock) The president said to them: But what hath he done, that is evil ? And they cried out the more, and said: Let him be crucified.

(Lamsa) Pilate said to them, What evil has he done? But they cried out the more and said, Let him be crucified.

(KJV) And the governor said, Why, what evil hath he done? But they cried out the more, saying, Let him be crucified.
