Translations

(Etheridge) BUT when Herodes, the king, was dead, the angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Jauseph in Metsreen,

(Murdock) But when king Herod was dead, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt,

(Lamsa) When King Herod died, the angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt.

(KJV) But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt,
