Translations

(Etheridge) Afterward arose Jihuda Galiloya in the days when men were enregistered for the head-silver, and tempted much people after him; and he died, and all they who went after him were scattered.

(Murdock) And after him, rose up Judas a Galilean, in the days when the people were enrolled for the capitation tax; and he seduced much people after him. And he died, and all they that went after him were dispersed.

(Lamsa) After him rose up Judas, the Gal-i-le'an, in the days when people were registering for the head tax, and he misled many people into following him. He died; and all of those who followed him were dispersed.

(KJV) After this man rose up Judas of Galilee in the days of the taxing, and drew away much people after him: he also perished; and all, even as many as obeyed him, were dispersed.
