Translations(Etheridge) And the Jihudoyee said to him who had been healed, This is the shabath: it is not lawful for thee to carry thy bed.(Murdock) And the Jews said to him that was healed: It is the sabbath; it is not lawful for thee to bear thy bed. (Lamsa) So the Jews said to him who was healed, It is the sabbath; it is not lawful for you to carry your quilt-bed.
