Translations

(Etheridge) Answered the man and said to them, At this then we must wonder, that you know not from whence he is, and (yet) mine eyes he hath opened !

(Murdock) The man replied and said to them: In this therefore is [something] to be admired, that ye know not whence he is, and yet he hath opened my eyes.

(Lamsa) The man answered and said to them, This is surprising, that you do not know whence he is, and yet he opened my eyes.

(KJV) The man answered and said unto them, Why herein is a marvellous thing, that ye know not from whence he is, and yet he hath opened mine eyes.
