Mark 12:15 - ܗܽܘ ܕ݁ܶܝܢ ܝܺܕ݂ܰܥ ܢܶܟ݂ܠܗܽܘܢ ܘܶܐܡܰܪ ܠܗܽܘܢ ܡܳܢܳܐ ܡܢܰܣܶܝܢ ܐܢ݈ܬ݁ܽܘܢ ܠܺܝ ܐܰܝܬ݁ܰܘ ܠܺܝ ܕ݁ܺܝܢܳܪܳܐ ܐܶܚܙܶܐ ܀

Translations

(Etheridge) But he knew their deceit, and said to them, Why do you tempt me? bring me the dinara, (that) I may see it.

(Murdock) And he knew their wile, and said to them: Why tempt ye me ? Bring me a denarius, that I may see it.

(Lamsa) Shall we give or shall we not give? But he knew their scheme, and said to them, Why do you tempt me? Bring me a penny, that I may see it.

(KJV) Shall we give, or shall we not give? But he, knowing their hypocrisy, said unto them, Why tempt ye me? bring me a penny, that I may see it.
