Translations

(Etheridge) Malphona, Musha has written for us, That if the brother of a man die, and leave a wife, and leave not children, his brother shall take his wife and raise up seed unto his brother.

(Murdock) Teacher ; Moses wrote to us, that if a man's brother die, and leave a widow, but leave no children, his brother shall take his widow, and raise up seed to his brother.

(Lamsa) Teacher, Moses wrote to us, that if a man's brother die, and leave a wife, and leave no children, his brother should take his wife, and raise up offspring for his brother.

(KJV) Master, Moses wrote unto us, If a man's brother die, and leave his wife behind him, and leave no children, that his brother should take his wife, and raise up seed unto his brother.
