The Peshitta tool has been updated to include the option to use the Khabouris Codex as a source text. The Khabouris Peshitta text can be displayed both by using unicode fonts or by choosing one of the many compatible non-unicode fonts. These non-unicode fonts makes it possible to display the Khabouris text in, for example, the Dead Sea Scroll font or the beautiful Hebrew Levistam font made by Stephen P. Silver. For fonts, check out the new fonts page.

However, the use of non-unicode fonts are still in an experimental state, as a verse that needs to span over two or more lines does not display properly. The line-breaks are a bit backwards, so to speak. I hope to soon come up with a satisfying technical solution that will fix this!
